  1. How long will it take for my purchases to arrive?
    All orders received between 9am Monday to 11am Saturday will be dispatched within the hour and should arrive between 5 – 10 working days later. Orders received after 11am on Saturday will be dispatched the following Monday

  1. Is my purchase real silver?
    Yes all the silver featured on our website is 92.5% pure silver and as such is classified as Sterling Silver.

  1. Are the gemstones in my purchases genuine?
    With the exception of those stated “man-made”, all the gemstones featured are genuine and have been polished or cut to be appreciated at their optimum. “Man-made” stones are “compound stones”, which have been produced by manually compressing natural stone fragments.

  1. Will my purchase look exactly like the one photographed?
    Jewelry made purely of Sterling Silver will look exactly like its photograph. The gemstones and shells in our jewellery collection are natural, there-fore, as in nature no two products will be identical, thus we offer you truly unique pieces of jewellery. Depending on light and motion the shell and gemstone products will reflect in different ways and therefore there will be slight variations of color from the products photographed

  1. If I am not happy with my purchase how easy is it to get a refund?
    Getting a refund is very easy – Simply email us upon receipt of you package that you wish to return it. We will forward you a UK receiving address. Return the product, complete with its’ original packaging, within 7 days of receipt. Upon our receipt, your money, minus postage fees will instantly be refunded to you, via your PayPal account.

  1. When I order a gift online to be delivered to a friend, how will I know it has arrived and will the recipient be able to see how much my purchase has cost?
    Purchases will be forwarded to chosen recipients but the packing slips, including all the payment details, will be forwarded directly to you. Thus when you receive the packing slips you will know that the packages have reached their destination.
    Before you make your purchases first check that what you want to order is in stock (doesn’t have a SOLD OUT message in the ‘quantity/type’ box) and use our online form to email us details of what you would like sent to whom, including any personal message. Then continue ordering your products in the usual way.
